Labor Chairwoman Shelly Yachimovich slammed the speech made by the host of the memorial ceremony held for the victims of the Carmel fire disaster, saying that it was "cynical and utterly insensitive." In the speech, radio announcer Dan Kaner lauded Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's conduct during the disaster.
"The statement must have been written by the Prime Minister's Office, otherwise it has no logical explanation," Yachimovich said. (Attila Somfalvi)
