Dozens of deserters were killed while trying to flee their positions in the Syrian province of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Monday.
According to the report, between 60 and 70 deserters were killed by machine gun fire while trying to flee their posts in the villages of Kansafra and Awid. (AFP)
