Bill: 6 years mandatory sentence for desecrating holy sites

MKs Ibrahim Sarsur and Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al) have presented the Knesset with a bill calling to exacerbate punitive action against anyone convicted of desecrating holy sites - regardless of the site's religious affiliation.
According to the bill, such offenses will carry a mandatory six-year prison sentence. (Moran Azulay)
