Woman raped while sleeping on beach
Illegal Palestinian alien sexually assaults woman who, together with her boyfriend, fell asleep on Ashkelon beach. Suspect arrested, faces charges
The man was arrested and faces rape charges.
On Tuesday, a young couple from Ashkelon took advantage of the warm weather and decided to spend the day at the beach. After swimming in the sea, the two rested on the beach under the afternoon sun and quickly fell asleep.

A short while later a 24-year-old Palestinian illegal alien from Hebron walked passed the couple and noticed the two were sleeping. According to the police, he then leaned over the woman and raped her while she was sleeping.
Beachgoers in the area thought they were seeing a couple making out. Seconds later the woman awoke in panic and started screaming frantically. The suspect then stopped and ran from the scene.
Awaken by his girlfriend's screams, the woman's partner started chasing after the assailant but failed to catch him.
A fisherman who witnessed the chase called the police which started canvassing the area.
Having raided a nearby construction site, police officers found the suspect and arrested him. The suspect is an illegal Palestinian alien who works in construction and is a married father of two. Police said he confessed to the crime and that an indictment against him is being prepared.
