Report: El Al plane lands in Bucharest despite malfunction

An El Al plane arrived safely in Bucharest after failing to land earlier due to a technical malfunction, local media reported. There were 141 passengers aboard the Tel Aviv-Bucharest flight. (Attila Somfalvi)
