The National Infrastructure Ministry is expected to permit Gulliver Energy, which is headed by former Mossad Chief Meir Dagan, to search for Uranium in the Negev. This would be the first time the ministry allows an Israeli company to lead a Uranium exploration project on Israeli soil.
The company announced that it intends to consult foreign experts and to import equipment for the project, which is to explore an area near Arad where traces of a highly radioactive metal were found. (Calcalist)
