Palestinian faction leaders meet in Cairo

Palestinian faction heads have gathered in Cairo to discuss the PLO's new structure and other aspects of implementing their reconciliation agreement. PA President Mahmoud Abbas, Hamas Politburo Chief Khaled Mashaal and Islamic Jihad Leader Ramadan Shalah are taking part in the meeting. (Elior Levy)
