12 EU nations accuse Ashton of diplomatic failure
Foreign ministers from 12 European Union nations, including France and Germany, have signed a secret document blaming the EU's chief diplomat, Katherine Ashton, of failure and dysfunction, the Daily Telegraph reported.
"We would like to offer some suggestions on how the functioning of the service could be further improved," the letter reportedly says, signed by foreign ministers from France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden. (Ynet)
