Iran condemns attacks in Syrian capital
Iran, Syria's main ally, has "strongly condemned" the suicide bombings that left more than 40 dead in Damascus on Friday, the IRNA news agency reported.
"The threats to Syria's national security and the instability that the enemies are trying to provoke not only put the Syrians at risk, but also other nations in the region," the Iranian Foreign Ministry said in a statement. (AFP)
