Muslim Brotherhood denies responsibility for Damascus attack

A Syrian website released a statement saying that the Muslim Brotherhood has claimed responsibility for the twin suicide attacks that left 44 dead and inured 150 in Damascus on Friday.

But the Al-Arabiya news network later reported that that the Muslim Brotherhood has denied the charges: "The Syrian intelligence forces have opened a fake website in order to involve the movement in the terror attacks." Earlier, President Bashar Assad's regime claimed that the bombings were carried out by al-Qaeda. (Roi Kais)
