Bill: Women's exclusion – criminal offence carrying 3-year sentence
MK Nachman Shai submitted a bill proposing to label women's exclusion a criminal offence. According to Shai, current Israeli law does not specifically define what is women's exclusion. The new bill proposes sentencing anyone who incites, preaches or actively excludes women to three years in prison. (Moran Azulay)
