Shaath: Freeze settlements or we renew statehood bid
Fatah senior official Nabil Shaath told reporters on Tuesday, "We are in a time of hudna but the ceasefire policy will end on January 26."
Shaath explained that if "Israel doesn't freeze settlement and will continue to oppose negotiations on 1967 lines we shall resume the international campaign for independence" as of January 26. Israel and the Palestinian Authority were given a January 26 deadline for submitting their proposals on borders and security. (AFP)
