Steinitz cancels some import taxes

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz signed an order cancelling the import tax on hundreds of products as of January.
The decision, which will cost the State some NIS 400 million ($105M) in tax revenues, was reached in accordance with the Trachtenberg Committee's recommendations on tax reductions. (Ynet)
