IAF incident: Rockets fall from vehicle, sustain damage

Air Force Commander Major-General Ido Nechushtan has intructed to set up a commission of inquiry following an incident in which some 20 rockets fell from a towed vehicle onto the floor of an Iron Dome storing and maintenance bunker in an Air Force Base near Revivim.

According to initial investigation, the rockets weren’t secured properly on the vehicle and several of them might have sustained damage estimated at hundreds of thousands of Shekels. (Ron Ben-Yishai)
