HCJ petition: Put Zoabi, Salah on trail for flotilla participation
Knesset Member Michael Ben Ari (National Union) and Rightist activist Itamar Ben-Gvir have petitioned to the High Court of Justice against the decision made by Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein to close the case against the Israeli nationals who participated in the Gaza flotilla on May 31st, 2010, including MK Hanin Zoabi and Sheikh Raad Salah.
Ben Ari and Ben-Gvir demanded to put Zoabi and Salah on trial, claiming there participation in the flotilla constitutes as a grave criminal offense. (Aviad Glickman)
