German police: Syrian suspected of killing Israeli woman

The German police have announced that a 24-year-old Syrian student is the prime suspect in the murder of an Israeli woman, the 26-year-old Suad Hamza of Kafr Kanna, who was studying medicine in Gentigen. According to the German news agency, the murder was not politically driven.

As per the police, the suspect fled the country two weeks ago, shortly after choking the woman to death. (Ynet)
