Man wounded following leftist march in Jerusalem
Leftist and Palestinian activists marched from central Jerusalem to the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in the east of the city to protest the Jewish presence in the neighborhood and the future evacuation of Arab families from the area.
The activists said that the march was followed by a brawl between then and local Jewish residents, one of whom sustained wounds after a stone hit his face. A Magen David Adom ambulance team treated the man at the site. (Omri Efraim)
