Palestinian FM: Quartet must declare failure in reviving peace talks
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki says the Quartet must declare its failure to revive peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians due to "Israeli stubbornness", an Algerian newspaper reports.
Maliki told the newspaper, "The Quartet must reveal the reason for the stalemate in the talks, declare its failure and reveal which side caused this failure. Was it Israel or the Palestinians?" (Elior Levy)
