Tunisia considering handing over ex-Libya premier

The visiting Tunisian president is setting conditions for handing over a Libya who was prime minister under ousted ruler Moammar Gadhafi.
Tunisia is holding the ex-prime minister, Baghdadi al-Mahmudi. Beginning his first state visit to Libya on Thursday, Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki said Tunisia would have to be assured that al-Mahmudi would get a fair trial and would not be harmed. (AP)
