Report: Turkey ex-military chief faces questioning

Turkey's state-run news agency says prosecutors want to question a former military chief as part of a trial of current and former officers alleged to have tried to destabilize the government through an Internet campaign.
The Anadolu Agency reported Tuesday that the prosecutor's office in Istanbul has asked retired Gen. Ilker Basbug to testify as a "suspect" on Thursday. (AP)
