High Court: State fails to meets it commitments on outposts

The High Court of Justice criticized the State for its conduct in relation to outpost evacuation on Tuesday. Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish and Justices Eliezer Rivlin and Neal Handel ruled on the evacuation of the Ramat Gilat outpost and said that the State is avoiding honoring its commitments "as is evident from its own affidavits."
