Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has arrived in Tehran to meet with his Iranian counterpart, Ali Akbar Salehi. The two were to discuss the Islamic Republic's nuclear program, as well as developments in Syria and Iraq. Iranian Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi was expected to be present at the meeting.
