MK Miller: HCJ's rejection of 'Nakba law' petition – a historic decision

Initiator of the "Nakba law" MK Alex Miller (Yisrael Beiteinu), said that the High Court of Justice's decision to reject the petition filed against the law "is a historic decision, which puts an end to the cynical exploitation of the Israeli democracy and its resources in order to harm the state."

The "Nakba law" requires the state to fine local authorities and other state-funded bodies for holding events marking the Palestinian Nakba Day by supporting armed resistance or racism against (Moran Azulay)
