Steinitz: IDF not acting wisely regarding free education bill
Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz discussing the pending free education from the age of three bill, remarking: "It will pass, if not today then tomorrow, and if not tomorrow then the next day."
Steinitz addressed the objection voiced by the Defense Ministry to the lateral budgetary cuts expected to be imposed on the government's ministries in order to subsidize the bill. "The IDF isn't acting wisely. I have no doubt that in two to three years the defense system will be grateful for this decision," he said. (Yair Altman)
