Court extends sentence of IDF sex offender
The Tel Aviv District Court has extended by 16 months the sentence of an IDF officer who was convicted of 11 counts of sex offenses committed against minors.
Eyal Nahum, who confessed to the charges, was previously sentenced to 44 months in prison, but the prosecution in the case appealed for a harsher sentence. He is now to serve five years in prison. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
