Gantz: 'Price tag' not a marginal phenomenon; Alon is brilliant officer
Speaking at a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Benny Gantz addressed the appointment of Nitzan Alon to the role of Central Command Chief: "The appointment was not intended to send a message. He's just a brilliant officer."
The chief of staff also addressed the issue of Price Tag activities and noted that "They are serious incidents. Quantity wise, Price tag is a marginal trend. The majority of residents (settlers) in the West Bank are law abiding citizens. Yet this is not a marginal phenomenon." (Moran Azulay)
