Obama, Netanyahu discuss peace process

US President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed the recent meetings between Israeli and Palestinian negotiators in Amman, as well as recent developments in Iran.
The White House said that during the phone conversation Obama "reaffirmed his commitment to the goal of a comprehensive and lasting peace in the region." (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
