Ahmadinejad: We will continue to resist western pressures
President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who is currently on an official visit to Ecuador said that the Islamic republic would continue its resistance against pressure from western nations over its nuclear program.
"They insult our country and our citizens, of course we will resist," Ahmadinejad said. According to the president "The nuclear weapons are just an excuse, everybody knows Iran is not trying to develop a nuclear bomb." (AFP)
