Report: Blast kills 1 at PRC commander's home

Palestinian officials reported that at least one was killed in an explosion that occurred in a Rafah home.

Adham Abu Salima, a Gaza Health Ministry official, said that the house belonged to Popular Resistance Committees Secretary-General Zuher al-Qeisi. The IDF said it was not familiar with the incident. (Elior Levy and Yoav Zitun)
