Talks fail, Local Authorities strike launched

The Union of Local Authorities said Monday that talks with the Prime Minister's Office have broken down and that a strike will be held throughout the day in the local authority services. He blamed the government for refusing to lower water rates and called on the prime minister to intervene in order to stop the strike. (Omri Efraim)
