Abbas: Netanyahu failed to present a plan that will motivate negotiations

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hadn't presented a plan that included any important points that would reignite negotiations by the time the two sides met in Amman three days ago.
"I can not say that Netanyahu is misleading, but I can say that he hasn't presented anything and that he refuses to stop settlement construction," Abbas said on a visit to the UK. (Elior Levy)
