Ministry: 50,000 housing units approved in 2011

The Interior Ministry approved 50,000 housing units in 2011, a National Housing Committee report presented by Interior Minister Eli Yishai revealed.
Some 29,000 housing units were published in the official register and are ready for sale on the market and 21,000 are in the process of being added to the register after which they will come on the market for entrepreneurs. (Avital Lahav)
