A 20-year-old from Jenin has been arrested over suspicions he carried out indecent acts against a 13-year-old girl from the Sharon area.
According to suspicions, the Palestinian was staying in Israel illegally, met the girl on the street, grabbed her, carried out indecent acts and even forced her to kiss him. (Ra'anan Ben-Zur)
