Barak: Draft new bill for Tal Law
Defense Minister Ehud Barak convened Ministry officials on Wednesday to discuss the Tal Law, which gives yeshiva students an exemption from military service.
Barak intends to propose the cabinet to extend the law's validity by only one year, in order to draft a bill that will regulate mandatory military service for all the population. (Attila Somfalvi)
