EU document: Prepare 'black list' of violent settlers
Heads of European Union delegations to the Palestinian Authority drafted a document with recommendations meant to strengthen the PA's control over east Jerusalem and mount pressure on Israel to change its policy in the West Bank.
The recommendations include preparing a "black list" of settlers, who are considered violent, in order to consider whether to ban them from entering the European Union. The document also recommends encouraging more PLO activity and representation in east Jerusalem ( Elior Levy).
