Court denies Katsav's request for additional discussion extension

Supreme Court President Asher Grunis denied a request by former President Moshe Katsav's lawyer, Yoram Sheftel, for an extension of the request for another discussion of Katsav's rape conviction.

Grunis ruled that replacing a lawyer was not a good enough reason to accept the extension requested by Sheftel. The last date for submitting the request has been set for January 29. (Aviad Glickman)
