9 injured in West Bank outpost eviction clashes

Some three police officers were injured in clashes with residents of the Yisah outpost near Mitzpe Yericho, six of the settlers were also injured in the clashes. The injured police officers were taken to the Hadassah Medical Center on Mount Scopus. Three settlers were arrested.
Hundreds of police officers evicted the outpost on Wednesday night. Police announced that they met with "massive resistance from the dozens of residents which included rock hurling and burning tires." Civil Administration inspectors demolished six buildings that were housing five families. Settlers claim police were extremely violent. (Omri Efraim)
