Highway 12 to reopen for 1st time since terror attack

Highway 12 is to be reopened on Friday for the first time since a terror attack claimed the lives of eight people on the road in August.

The southern route is to be partially opened for the day, under heavy security, to accommodate the Israman triathlon competition. Some 800 people are expected to take part in the event. (Ahuva Mamos and Yoav Zitun)
