Route 12 to be partially reopened for bicycle race

Route 12 will be reopened for the first time since the August terror attack near Eilat, killing eight people. The road will be partially opened for a few hours under heavy IDF security, for a bicycle race comprised of 800 competitors from around the globe. (Yoav Zitun and Ahuva Mamus)
