Palestinians to pay court costs in Migron outpost damage suit

Jerusalem's Magistrate's Court has ordered several Palestinians, who filed a suit against the State and West Bank outpost of Migron in 2008, to pay court costs of up to NIS 19,000 ($5,000) after they decided to drop the case.
The case dates back to 2008, when Peace Now and Yesh Din filed a High Court petition against Migron, citing it was illegally built on private Palestinian land. (Aviad Glickman)
