Authorities in Azerbaijan have arrested at least three gang members suspected of plotting to kill foreign citizens, most likely diplomats, reported local media.
One of the suspects, linked to the Iranian intelligence services, smuggled weapons and explosives into Azerbaijan. (Ynet)
