Miri Regev slams Arab MKs over photos with Hamas operative

MK Miri Regev (Likud) has blasted Knesset members Masud Ganaim and Ibrahim Sarsur for being photographed with senior Hamas official Aziz Dweik, who was convicted of membership in a terror organization. "If the Arab Knesset members sanctify shahids so much, they should become (shahids) themselves," she said, referring to the Arabic term for martyr.

"The time has come for Arab Knesset members to realize their place," she added. "Their competition over who's more connected to terrorism is unbearable, and hurts Arab residents." (Moran Azulay)
