Jericho street to be named after Russian President Medvedev

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said following his meeting in Moscow with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that the two spoke about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Abbas stated that he will name a main road in Jericho after the Russian president, as a token of honor. "I see it as a symbol of the long lasting relations between Russia and the Palestinians," he said. (AFP)
