Report: 40 Arab League monitors leave Syria

A senior Arab League official in Cairo told the London-based Arabic newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat that some 40 Arab League monitors have left Syria due to concerns over their personal safety.
The newspaper said an additional 125 monitors are staying in hotels and are awaiting the League's decision after they had submitted a report on their activity. (Roi Kais)
