Report: Jordan's king hints that relations with Israel will suffer

The Al-Quds al-Arabi newspaper reported that Jordan's King Abdullah the Second has hinted that relations between Israel and Jordan would suffer if the Israeli government does not promote any progress in negotiations with the Palestinians in Amman.

 

According to the report, Abdullah convinced Mahmoud Abbas to hold the talks in Jordan during his last visit to Ramallah when he hinted at the possibilities available to the Jordanians, including freezing relations with Israel. (Roi Kais)
