A shell fired by an Israeli tank hit a private house in the neighborhood of Sajaiyeh, east of Gaza City, Palestinian sources in the Strip reported Saturday morning.
There were no reports of injuries in the incident, but the house sustained damage. The Israel Defense Forces
said it was "unfamiliar with the incident".

The Maan news agency reported at the time that two Palestinians had been injured in two separate Israeli strikes in eastern Jabaliya and Beit Lahiya.
Last weekend, the IDF attacked
a terrorist cell about to fire rockets into Israel. Palestinian sources reported that the Air Force had tried twice to hit a cell moving east of Rafah, but was unsuccessful.
