Merkel to urge China to cut Iran oil imports
German Chancellor Angela Merkel will use an upcoming visit to China this week to encourage Beijing to reduce its imports of Iranian oil, a German government source said on Tuesday.
The European Union will implement an embargo on Iranian oil by July as it tightens sanctions on Tehran over its nuclear program. (Reuters)
