Russian UN envoy: Consensus on Syria 'possible'
Speaking at a UN Security Council meeting to discuss a possible resolution against Syria, Russia's UN envoy said that the inclusion of some Russian ideas in European Arab draft on Syria "gives rise to hope" he added that a consensus was possible. (Reuters)
