Labor: Likud gives no hope to Israelis
The Labor party issued a statement following the victory of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Likud primaries, saying: "In light of Netanyahu's reelection and due to the fact that the Likud gives no hope to the public in Israel, the Labor party has in effect become the second larges faction in Israel.
"The public understands that the Labor is a serious, responsible, Zionist alternative to the Likud party," the statement said. (ynet)
