Speaking at a Likud ministers' meeting, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked his supporters for their work during the primaries and said: "It's important to state that the Likud has not moved to the right. The assumption that Feiglin can influence where someone is placed on the list, or the placement of an MK – has no bearing on reality."
According to Netanyahu "the assumption that the Likud will now turn to a Messianic outlook does not fit in with the movement's liberal, democratic stance." (Moran Azulay)
